- Alfredo Sauce: This easy sauce has heavy cream, parmesan cheese and creamy butter.
- Fettuccine Pasta: Cooked
- Garlic Cloves: Two minced. Add more or less as you prefer.

- Alfredo Sauce – Jar sauce is fine too but once you see how easy it is to make you will want to make it from scratch.
How to Make this Shrimp Pasta Recipe
These are the basic steps for making Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed instructions.
STEP 1: PREPARE SHRIMP
Whether you’re using frozen shrimp that have been thawed or fresh shrimp, peel the shrimp and pat them dry to remove any excess surface moisture. Meanwhile, set large pot of water on to boil.
STEP 2: SEASON AND COOK
Then season shrimp with All Purpose Seasoning. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic to the pan. Place seafood in a single layer and cook for 2-3 minutes per side.
STEP 3: SAUCE
Next, turn heat down to low. Pour your alfredo sauce into the skillet. Simmer while the pasta cooks.
STEP 4: Fettuccine Noodles
Boil pasta in a large pot of water and cook according to package instructions. Drain the al dente pasta when it’s done cooking.
STEP 5: COMBINE
Finally, add cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat.

Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, cleaned and deveined
- 2 teaspoons All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 2 cups Alfredo Sauce
- 16 ounces Fettuccine, cooked
Instructions
- Pat shrimp dry and season both sides with House Seasoning blend.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Add garlic and shrimp.
- Cook shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add Alfredo Sauce.
- Add cooked pasta to the skillet.
- Toss until pasta is completely coated.
- Serve immediately.

If you have leftovers, what is the best way to reheat it without drying everything out and making the shrimp tough?
In the microwave, add a little more moisture. It could be butter or a little milk and then cover with a damp paper towel. The moister the shrimp the less tough they will be when reheated.
