Steps to make the filling for this no bake cheesecake.

STEP 1: PREPPING THE PAN

First line your pan with graham crackers.

STEP 2: MAKING THE FILLING

In a mixing bowl using a hand mixer, beat together on medium speed: cream cheese, vanilla extract, milk, and lemon. Once smooth add stir in pudding mix, then with a non stick spatula fold in the cool whip.

STEP 3: ASSEMBLING THE CHEESECAKE

Pour half of cream cheese mixture over graham crackers and spread into an even layer, then add another layer of graham crackers on top of filling. Spread remaining creamy cheesecake filling over graham crackers, lastly top with the cherry filling.

STEP 4: FINISHING THE CHEESECAKE

Place in the fridge and chill overnight allowing the cheesecake to solidify. Add whipped topping and serve!
