Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease your 9×9 inch baking pan well. You could also line your pan with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, vanilla, an egg, melted butter, sugar and lemon juice until smooth. Gently fold the diced strawberries into the blended mixture.

Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups All purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons Baking powder
- ¾ cup White sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg, large
- 4 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice, 1 lemon
- 5 tablespoons Butter, melted
- 1 cup Strawberries, sliced
Glaze
- 3 cups Powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons Fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Milk
Instructions
