STEP 1: Prep and Cook Time

First, preheat the oven to 400 degrees f. Then arrange bread cubes on a rimmed baking sheet in a single layer. Then bake for 4-6 minutes until they are crispy and golden brown. Remove from oven and set aside.

STEP 2: In a Skillet

Next in a large skillet over medium-high heat, melt the butter. Add the finely chopped onions, carrots, celery and poultry seasoning and cook until softened, about 5 minutes. Add in the garlic and mix well for 30 seconds. Then add the chicken broth and All Purpose Seasoning Blend to the skillet and stir until simmering.

STEP 3: Turn Off the Heat

Turn off the heat and stir in the dried bread cubes until they are evenly coated. Finally, place a lid on the skillet and allow to sit for 10 minutes. Fluff with a fork.

  • 20 slices White sandwich bread, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
  • 8 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 Medium onion, finely diced
  • 2 Carrots, peeled and finely diced.
  • 2 Stalks celery, finely diced
  • 3 teaspoons Poultry Seasoning
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 ½ cups Chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning Blend
