Stir together salt, pepper, sour cream and onion soup mix in a small bowl. Using a small rubber spatula, spread the sour cream sauce evenly on the pork chops.

STEP 3: ADD THE PANKO

In another small bowl, combine the panko, french fried onion crumbs and melted butter. Then sprinkle onion mixture over the pork chops.
