  • spinach

How to Make Italian Sausage Soup – Step by Step

  • Saute : First, turn your Instant Pot to Sauté mode. Once hot, add your sausage, oil, onion, bell pepper, and mushrooms and then cook about 3-5 minutes.

  • Remaining Ingredients: Second, add in your remaining ingredients except for the spinach to your Instant Pot.
  • Cook: Close the lid. Set your IP to High Pressure for 10 minutes.
  • Spinach: Finally, once the 10 minutes is complete, do a quick release. Remove the lid and add in your spinach. Stir.
