Which Air Fryer Should I Buy?

Many advancements have been made in the kitchen arena in the last few years. Notably the air fryer and the Instant Pot. You may ask yourself, what do I really need. Listed below are a few recommendations.

  • Multipurpose units: These do the work of 7 different machines. Including toaster, microwave, air fryer, dehydrator, etc. They are great for big families.
  • Small fryers do not take up too much real estate. They are perfect for college student or couples.
  • All in one versions: There are options that have Pressure cooker, Air Fryer and Slow Cooker capabilities.

Above all, it is important to do a little research for your needs so you get the most bang for your buck. Of course, you can make these air fryer mozzarella sticks in all of these.

Tips for Using Air Fryers

Frequently, people get frustrated when their items do not come out correctly, but like everything else, there is a learning curve. With this in mind, here are a few examples of what to do:

  • Always preheat your air fryer. By allowing your food to cook at a more accurate temperature.
  • Do not overcrowd the basket. Consequently, things will not crisp up if packed in.
  • Flip the items half way through or again give the basket a shake so that all sides get crispy.
  • Again, oil your basket a little for nice browning. Just a little. Specifically an oil with a high smoke point. No one wants their air fryer mozzarella to stick.
