Ingredients
- 1 cup Pickle chips
- ½ cup Flour
- ½ cup Cornstarch
- 1 Egg
- 1 tablespoon Tony Chachere’s creole seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the seasoning, flour and cornstarch. In another bowl, beat the egg.
- Dredge each pickle in the flour mixture then in the egg wash.
- Coat each pickle back into the flour mixture and place in air fryer basket
- Spray the air fryer basket with oil and cook at 400℉ for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
