- 6 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons House Seasoning Blend
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Turn off heat and add olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and House Seasoning Blend.
- Stir until combined.
- Brush corn with butter mixture.
- Grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating periodically until each side is cooked and slightly charred.
