- Butter: Salted or unsalted butter can be used.
- Olive Oil: Combine butter and olive oil because butter has a tendency to burn.
- Garlic: You will need four cloved, minced.
- Worcestershire sauce:

- Parmesan cheese: Freshly grated is best.

STEP 1: MAKE BUTTER AND GARLIC SAUCE
First, make the garlic butter in a sauce pan add butter and then turn off the heat and add the olive oil. Next add Worcestershire sauce and then add the garlic. Then add the seasonings, including All Purpose Blend. Next whisk to combine.
STEP 2: GRILL
Brush on corn and grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating periodically until each side is cooked and slightly charred. Remove the corn from the grill, brush with butter mixture again and top with cheese and fresh parsley

Peel the corn ahead of time and store in the fridge, prepare the butter sauce and store in an airtight container until ready to refrigerate.

Ingredients
- 6 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 ½ teaspoons House Seasoning Blend
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons parsley, minced
Instructions
- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Turn off heat and add olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and House Seasoning Blend.
- Stir until combined.
- Brush corn with butter mixture.
- Grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating periodically until each side is cooked and slightly charred.
- Remove corn from grill.
- Brush again with garlic butter.
- Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
