Ingredient Notes

  • Corn: Six ears, shucked and cleaned.
  • Butter: Salted or unsalted butter can be used.
  • Olive Oil:  Combine butter and olive oil because butter has a tendency to burn.
  • Garlic: You will need four cloved, minced.
  • Worcestershire sauce:
  • All Purpose Seasoning: See link for the recipe.
  • Parmesan cheese: Freshly grated is best.

How to Make Garlic Parmesan Corn on the Cob

These are the basic steps for making garlic parmesan butter sauce. Please refer to the recipe card below for more detailed instructions.

STEP 1: MAKE BUTTER AND GARLIC SAUCE

First, make the garlic butter in a sauce pan add butter and then turn off the heat and add the olive oil. Next add Worcestershire sauce and then add the garlic. Then add the seasonings, including All Purpose Blend. Next whisk to combine.

STEP 2: GRILL

Brush on corn and grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating periodically until each side is cooked and slightly charred. Remove the corn from the grill, brush with butter mixture again and top with cheese and fresh parsley

HOW TO MAKE THIS RECIPE AHEAD OF TIME

Peel the corn ahead of time and store in the fridge, prepare the butter sauce and store in an airtight container until ready to refrigerate.

HOW TO STORE THIS RECIPE

Wrap corn in aluminum foil and keep in the fridge.

HOW TO REHEAT THIS RECIPE

Preheat oven to 350° and reheat wrapped corn for about 15 minutes of cooking time, just until it’s hot.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 6 ears corn, shucked and cleaned
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 ½ teaspoons House Seasoning Blend
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, minced

Instructions
 

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • In a medium saucepan, melt butter. Turn off heat and add olive oil, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper and House Seasoning Blend.
  • Stir until combined.
  • Brush corn with butter mixture.
  • Grill corn for about 10 minutes, rotating periodically until each side is cooked and slightly charred.
  • Remove corn from grill.
  • Brush again with garlic butter.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
