  • 2 lb. turkey breast (w/ skin)
  • 4 TBSP. butter
  • 1 TBSP sea salt
  • 1 TBSP fresh peppercorn
  • 2 TBSP garlic
  • 4 sprigs thyme

How to Make Turkey in the Air Fryer – Step by Step

  • Melt Butter: First, melt your butter.
  • Herbs: Second, add in the sea salt, peppercorn, garlic, and thyme to butter and then mix.
  • Baste: Then, using a basting brush, cover your turkey with the butter mixture.
  • Transfer: Place the turkey breast in your air fryer.

  • Set: Next, set your Air Fryer to 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
  • Half Way: At the halfway mark,, flip the breast with tongs. Continue to cook. 
  • Rest: Finally, when turkey has finished cooking, let rest, cut and serve!

  • 2 lb. turkey breast w/ skin
  • 4 TBSP. butter melted
  • 1 TBSP sea salt
  • 1 TBSP fresh peppercorn grinded well
  • 2 TBSP garlic minced
  • 4 sprigs thyme remove from stem

Instructions

  • Melt your butter in the microwave or on a double broiler on the stove.
  • Once melted, add in the sea salt, peppercorn, garlic, and thyme. Mix.
  • Using a basting brush, brush your butter mix on the top and bottom of the turkey breast.
  • Place the turkey breast in your air fryer.
  • Set your Air Fryer to 375 degrees F for 45 minutes.
  • At the halfway mark of about 22/23 minutes, flip the breast with tongs. Continue to cook.
  • Once the air fryer has finished cooking, cut and serve!
  • Top with cranberry sauce, gravy, or eat as is! Enjoy!
