Melting the caramel on the pretzels.

STEP 1: Prep

Unwrap caramels and line a cookie sheet with parchment or waxed paper. Melt the chocolate and white chocolate chips, in different microwave-safe bowls, with coconut oil in 30-second increments until it’s fully melted.

STEP 2: Dip the Pretzels in the Chocolate until Completely Coated

Place one piece of caramel on a pretzel then dip the pretzel and caramel pairs in chocolate. Transfer onto parchment paper lined baking sheet and lay in a single layer. Use a fork to help the excess chocolate drip off.

STEP 3: Drizzle the Chocolate topping the Pretzel

Drizzle with pretzel with white chocolate then transfer to fridge to harden for at least 20 minutes or until they’re completely set or cool at room temperature until chocolate starts to harden. Wrap pretzels individually in cellophane for gift giving.
