STEP 1: PREPPING

Start by preheating the oven to 425 degrees f and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil then grease with olive oil.

STEP 2: SLICE AND BAKE SWEET POTATO

Cut sweet potato into about 1/4″ thick rounds. Add the rounds to the baking sheet in a single layer, brush with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes remove from oven and flip, bake for an additional 10 minutes.
