How to Make Meatballs with Gravy

STEP 1: MAKE MEATBALLS

Start by making the meatballs according to the package instructions in a large skillet on the stove top until cooked and tender. When done transfer them to a clean bowl.

STEP 2: START GRAVY

To make the gravy start by add the beef broth, to the skillet that was used to meat up the meatballs, and bring to a simmer. Then add flour and whisk until no clumps remain in the mixture.

Add milk and simmer for 8 minutes until thickened, adding additional milk to reach your desired consistency and yield. Season to taste with salt and pepper, then add the cooked meatballs back to the skillet. Garnish with parsley and serve.
