Ingredients
- 4 ounces Fat free cream cheese, ½ brick, softened
- 1 cup Fat free cottage cheese
- ½ cup Hot sauce, I used some from our favorite wing joint
- ½ cup Reduced fat blue cheese crumbles
- ½ Tablespoon Dry ranch seasoning
- 2 cups Chicken breast, cooked and shredded (or finely diced)
- ½ cup Low fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350℉.
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Spray a small baking dish (I used a pie dish) with a light coating of non-stick cooking spray. Transfer the mixture to the baking dish. Top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until dip is bubbly and the cheese is melted. Serve hot.
