This smoothie is super simple to make. It starts with wholesome ingredients like low-fat yogurt (or Greek yogurt), peanut butter and bananas. You can even add some ground flax for extra nutrition.
Start by putting all of the ingredients into a blender. Add some ice and blend until it’s smooth.

2 cups ice
1 cup TruMoo chocolate milk
½ cup plain yogurt
¼ cup creamy, natural peanut butter
Place all igredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
