This easy lasagna recipe comes together in just 4 simple steps.

These are the basic steps for making Lazy Ravioli Lasagna. Refer to the full, printable recipe card below for detailed instructions.

1. Prep Baking Dish

Preheat oven to 400°F and spray a 9×13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.

2. Make Meat Sauce

Add ground beef, ground sausage, diced onion and spaghetti seasoning to a large skillet. Break up the meat and cook until meat is no longer pink.

During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic. Drain off excess fat and add marinara sauce or spaghetti sauce to the pan, stirring to combine everything.

3. Layer the Ingredients to Make the Lasagna

Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce to the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Add a layer of ravioli in the dish, a layer of sauce and sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.

Repeat the layers; a second layer of ravioli, sauce and cheese on top. Top with grated parmesan cheese.

4. Bake Lasagna

Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the top is golden brown.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ pound Ground beef
  • ½ pound Sausage, ground Italian
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Spaghetti seasoning blend
  • 2 28 ounce jars Marinara sauce, good-quality
  • 2 30 ounce packages Ravioli, Frozen cheese or meat
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400℉.
  • Spray a 9×13 baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  • Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, ground sausage, diced onion and spaghetti seasoning
  • Break up the meat into crumbles and cook until meat is no longer pink, about 7-10 minutes. During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic.
  • Drain off excess fat and add marinara sauce to the pan; stir until everything is combined.
  • Spread 1 cup of the meat sauce in the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
  • Layer one package of frozen ravioli in the dish and top with half of the remaining sauce. Top with 1 cup of mozzarella cheese.
  • Repeat the layers: remaining package of frozen ravioli, remaining sauce, remaining mozzarella cheese. Top with grated parmesan cheese.
  • Cover loosely with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the top is golden.
