- Apple Cider Vinegar: When your let them marinate in vinegar, it helps to break down some of the tissues in the meat. This keeps the pork nice and tender.

1. Combine the Pork Chop Marinade Ingredients
In a resealable bag combine soy sauce, oil, water, lemon pepper seasoning and garlic.
2. Marinate Pork Chops
Place the pork chops in the bag and make sure each one is covered in the flavorful marinade. Add pork chops in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 30 minutes. Make sure the pork chops are coated to get a great marinade over the pork.

Make sure your grill is preheated to medium high. Place pork chops on the grill for about 7 minutes on each side or until internal temperature of the pork chops reaches 160 degrees. To get grill marks, let the juicy pork chops sit in direct heat for a minute.

- 6 Boneless pork chops
- ⅓ cup Soy sauce
- ¼ cup Vegetable oil
- ½ cup Water
- 3 tablespoons Lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tablespoons Minced garlic
