This Garlic Lime Chicken with Pineapple Recipe is so wonderful to serve because all the acid in this dish tenderizes the chicken and makes it so unbelievably moist.  It is also very healthy, low carb and keto friendly.

I love this recipe so much because it truly reminds me of warm summer days and tropical breezes. The flavors on this chicken have to be tasted to be believed!

The components for this dish can definitely be made in advance so you can put it together at the last minute.

Absolutely make the marinade and the salsa the day before and you are already ahead of the game when you are to grill.

When I do a lot of fine chopping I find it goes so much quicker with this mini food processor. It makes the work go much quicker.

Can you use other meat other?

I use boneless chicken breasts, alternatively, boneless chicken thighs would be great for this recipe. It will make them super tender and delicious. Just adjust your cooking time accordingly.

This recipe would also be great with pork too.

Hi. How much oj is used in the salsa recipe? You have 1/ so is it one or 1/2 or 1/4? Also you mention using the McCormick seasoning packet but then it is not listed in the recipe. This is your interpretation- yes? Thanks.

Could you verify the amount of orange juice in the salsa?
