What Can I Make with this Bisquick Mix

Undoubtable, the possibilities are truly endless and delicious.

HOW DO I STORE THIS RECIPE?

Always store this baking mix in the refrigerator. Evidently, after you even open the box mix, it says it should be refrigerated.

CAN I SUBSTITUTE BUTTER OR MARGARINE FOR SHORTENING?

Usually yes, but in this case, you want the stabilization that shortening can give.

IS SHORTENING BAD FOR YOU?

Since trans fats have been considered bad, vegetable shortening brands have modified their recipes to remove them. Alternatively, brands like Spectrum are an organic vegetable shortening which is non-hydrogenated.

DO I REPLACE THIS IN EQUAL AMOUNTS TO THE MIX?

Absolutely, it is a one to one replacement.
