These fajitas are one of our favorite easy dinner recipes. Make using one sheet pan. Just place the shrimp and veggies on the sheet pan, season them, and cook to make one of our favorite sheet pan meals.
These are the basic steps for making sheet pan shrimp fajitas. Refer to the full, printable recipe card below for detailed instructions.
1. Prepare the Fajitas
Preheat your oven to 400°. Then, lightly spray a large sheet pan or rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray, line your sheet pan with foil, or drizzle some olive oil and evenly coat. Add the peppers and onions to the prepared baking sheet, along with the shrimp.
2. Season the Shrimp
Mix together the homemade fajita seasoning in a small bowl, then add them to the top of your shrimp fajitas and mix well.
3. Bake the Fajitas
Cook the shrimp fajitas for 9 minutes in the oven. Then, remove fajitas from the oven and squeeze lime juice on top of the shrimp.

- 1 Yellow Bell Pepper , thinly sliced
- 1 Red Bell Pepper , thinly sliced
- 1 Small Onion, thinly sliced
- 3 Limes, halved or quartered (optional)
- Cilantro, optional, for garnish
- 5-6 Tortillas, warmed, optional (opt out for low carb friendly dish)
Fajita Seasoning
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 1 ½ tsp Chili Powder
- ½ tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Table Salt
- ¾ tsp Garlic Powder
- ¼ tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°.
- Lightly spray your sheet pan with cooking spray, or lightly drizzle some olive oil and evenly coat. Add to your sheet pan your peppers, onion, and shrimp.
