How to Make Egg Bites in Instant Pot – Step by Step
- Mix: First, in a blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend.
- Ready Molds: Second, grease your egg bite molds with cooking spray.
- Fill: Third, pour your mix into each mold and then cover with aluminum foil.
- Instant Pot: Next, add 1 cup of water to your Instant Pot. Place your trivet inside and then add your egg mold inside.
- Set Timer: Put your lid on the Instant Pot and cook for 12 minutes on high.Once complete, do a manual release.
- Remove Molds: Take out your egg molds and transfer to a cooling rack.
- Pop out: After cooled, flip your molds upside down, and push on each mold in order to pop out the molds.
- Top: Finally, top with more cheese, bacon, green onions, and/or salsa! Enjoy!

- 12 eggs, 2 cups eggbeaters
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 4 sliced cooked bacon, chopped
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions
- In a blender, add all of your ingredients. Blend.
- Grease your egg bite molds with cooking spray.
- Pour your mix into each mold.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Add 1 cup of water to your Instant Pot. Place your trivet inside. Add your egg mold inside. You can add two molds – one on top of another.
- Put your lid on the Instant Pot. Close the sealing valve.
- Set your IP to “High Pressure” for 12 minutes.
- Once complete, do a manual release.
- Remove your egg molds (with a hot pad or towel as it will be hot), and transfer to a cooling rack.
- Once your bites have cooled, flip your molds upside down, and push on each mold in order to pop out the molds.
- Top with more cheese, bacon, green onions, and/or salsa! Enjoy!
