1. Make the Pizza Dough

Roll 2 ounces of pizza dough on a lightly floured surface until it’s your desired thinness. Make sure that after you stretch the dough, the circumference of the dough will fit in your air fryer.

2. Cook the Dough

Add parchment paper to your air fryer so your dough will cook flat and even. Place the pizza dough to your air fryer. Cook the pizza crust for 3 minutes at 370℉.

3. Assemble the Pizza and Add the Toppings

When the timer goes off add pizza sauce over the pizza dough. Distribute your sliced mozzarella cheese evenly on the sauce, then cook for another 5 minutes. When done, remove pizza and add basil and red peppers.

Ingredients
  

  • 8 ounces Pizza dough, store bought or homemade
  • 12 tablespoons Pizza sauce, store bought or homemade
  • 12 ounces Fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 4 teaspoons Fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • 4 teaspoons Crushed red peppers, optional

Instructions
 

  • Roll your pizza dough (about 2 ounces) on a lightly floured surface until you reach your desired thinness. Make sure that the circumference of your dough will fit in your air fryer.
  • Add parchment paper to your air fryer so that your dough will cook flat and evenly.
  • Add your rolled-out pizza dough to your air fryer. Cook the dough for 3 minutes at 370℉.
  • Once the time is complete, keep in the air fryer to add your toppings as it is easier than transferring in and out.
  • Add 3 tablespoons of pizza sauce and spread evenly on your dough.
  • Distribute your sliced mozzarella evenly on the sauce.
  • Cook again for 5 minutes at 370℉.
  • Once complete, remove your pizza from the air fryer. Add your basil, and red peppers.
