  • Simple Syrup: First, combine 1/2 cup water and sugar in a saucepan and set over high heat. Bring to a boil, then reduce to medium-low and simmer until reduced by half. Remove from heat and cool.
  • Pineapple: Meanwhile, place cut up pineapple in a blender and puree until smooth.
  • Assemble: Finally, place pureed pineapple in a pitcher.and then add the syrup into the pitcher, followed by the lemon juice and the remaining 3 cups water.
