In a small bowl mix the white onion, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, garlic cloves and oregano. Place fish fillets in a zip top bag and pour in ¾ of the marinade. Allow fish to marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Citrus Marinade
- 1 cup White onion, chopped (small pieces, but not minced)
- ¼ cup Cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons Lime juice
- 3 tablespoons Orange juice, freshly squeezed
- 2 Garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon Oregano
Jalapeño-Lime Sour Cream
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 2 tablespoons Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon Orange zest, freshly grated
- 1 tablespoon Fresh jalapeño, minced
- 1 teaspoon Cilantro, minced
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix ingredients for the marinade.
