Make the seasoning for the cauliflower.

STEP 1: PREPARE CAULIFLOWER

If you are using a fresh head of cauliflower, you will want to wash and cut into bite sizes pieces. Preheat your air fryer.

STEP 2: COAT CAULIFLOWER

In a large mixing bowl add bite sized cauliflower with olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, and parmesan. Make sure to coat all of the pieces evenly. Spray basket with cooking spray or use parchment paper.

STEP 3: ROAST CAULIFLOWER IN AIR FRYER

Spread the cauliflower on the basket evenly and then fry for 14 minutes at 400 degrees.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh cauliflower florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  • Wash the cauliflower, and break into bite sized florets if using a full head of cauliflower, rather than a precut bag of florets.
  • Add the olive oil, parmesan, and garlic to a large bowl and stir well to mix together.
  • Add the cauliflower florets, and mix around to coat the cauliflower with the mixture.
  • Add a single layer to the air fryer basket, and air fry for 14 minutes, at 400 degrees, shaking the basket once about halfway through cooking.
  • Remove from the air fryer, and serve hot!
