  • Onion, large onion, chopped onion
  • 3 cans, 14.8 oz each Pork and Beans (I use Campbell’s)
  • Molasses: 1/3 cup
  • Ketchup: 1/2 Cup
  • Brown sugar
  • Bacon, slices, diced

STEP 1: PREP

First, preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Then in an a large oven safe pot on the stove top, heat vegetable oil.  When hot, add onion and saute for 3-4 minutes or until softened.

STEP 2: BEANS

Then add beans, molasses, ketchup and brown sugar, then stir to combine. Next add diced bacon pieces on top.

STEP 3: BAKE

Finally, bake for one hour.
