How to Make Steak Bites in the Air Fryer

STEP 1: PREPPING
First preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. In a shallow bowl, stir together the eggs. In a second shallow bowl, mix together the flour and steak seasoning.
STEP 2: COAT STEAK
Then place the breadcrumbs on a plate. Next, cut the steak into bite-size pieces, roll the steak pieces into the flour mixture, next dip into the eggs and then coat in the crumbs.

Ingredients
- 1 pound Ribeye Steak
- ½ cup Flour
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 ½ cups Breadcrumbs
- 2 teaspoons Steak Seasoning
Butter Sauce
- 1½ tablespoons Butter, Melted
- ¼ teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
- Beat together the eggs in a shallow bowl. Mix together the flour and seasoning in another shallow bowl. Place the breadcrumbs on a plate or into a shallow bowl.
- Roll the steak pieces into the flour mixture, dip into the eggs and then coat in the seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Transfer the steak pieces to a pan or rack, and cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. You can turn the bites once during the cooking process if desired.
- Melt the butter in a sauce pan, add the garlic powder and parsley. Drizzle on the steak bites or serve on the side for dipping.
