Roll your lime on the counter to get the most fresh lime juice out. Slice the fresh lime and squeeze the juice into your shaker cup. Add the sugar and stir so it dissolves.
2. Muddle the Mint Leaves
Next, add the mint leaves to the cup. Press down with a spoon to release spearmint oils.
3. Add Alcohol and Shake in a Shaker
Add the Bacardi and ice cubes. Shake the cup well to combine and chill the ingredients. Fill the glass with ice. Strain while pouring the drink, then fill the tall glass with seltzer or club soda.

- 2 tablespoons Lime juice, about 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon Superfine sugar
- 2 ounces Bacardi white rum
- Ice
- Seltzer, to top
Instructions
- First, take the lime wedges and squeeze the juice into your shaker cup. Add the sugar and stir so it dissolves.
