- 16 ounces Chopped broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 3 tablespoons Butter
- ½ cup Chopped onion
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes
- 10.75 ounces Cheddar cheese soup, 1 can
- 1 cup Milk
- 3 cups White rice, cooked
- 1 teaspoon All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350℉ and grease a 9×13 baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli until it’s crisp tender.
- Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the onions and sauté until tender, about 3 minutes.
- Add the Velveeta process cheese, milk, cream of cheddar cheese soup, broccoli, rice and All Purpose Seasoning Blend to the saucepan. Stir the mixture until the cheese is melted.
