  • 16 ounces Small shell pasta, cooked according to package directions
  • ½ cup Butter, cut into pieces
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1/ ½ teaspoons All Purpose Seasoning Blend
  • 4 cups Whole milk
  • 4 cups Sharp white cheddar cheese, shredded

  • Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and set aside.
  • Meanwhile, in a large saucepan, melt butter over medium low heat.
  • When butter is melted, whisk in flour and All Purpose Seasoning. Whisk for a few minutes until a paste forms and it becomes a pale yellow color.
  • Slowly whisk in the milk to avoid lumps.
  • Bring the sauce to a low boil and cook until the mixture is thickened, about 6 minutes.
  • Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the cheeses. Taste for seasoning and adjust if necessary.
  • When the cheese has completely melted, stir in the cooked pasta until it’s completely coated.
