Why is My Sausage Dry and Rubbery?
When cooking sausage, you’ll want to make sure you turn the heat down. Cook on low to medium heat to make sure the sausage keeps its texture. The proteins in the sausage make it juicy, and cooking too high could cause them to toughen.
