    In a large bowl combine frozen corn, cheese, red and green bell pepper, red onion, and garlic; Stir until combined.

    Ingredients
      

    • 12 ounces Corn, frozen, thawed
    • 2 cups Colby Jack cheese, shredded
    • 1 Green bell pepper, diced
    • ½ cup Red onion, diced
    • 1 clove Garlic, minced
    • 1 cup Mayonnaise
    • 1 tablespoon Taco Seasoning Blend
    • 2 teaspoons All Purpose Seasoning Blend
