Making the pancake batter, building the sandwich with meat and cheese, toping the sandwich and soaking in batter.
  • Make Mix: First, mix milk, water, vanilla and pancake mix together in a bowl.
  • Build: Second, assemble the sandwich like this: bread, 2 slices of cheese, 5 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese and bread.
  • Secure: Then using toothpicks, stab the corners of the sandwich to lock together.
  • Dip: Next, dip the sandwich in the batter on both sides and place sandwich in lined air fryer basket.

  • 1 ½ cup pancake mix
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ cup raspberry jelly
  • 16 slices Swiss cheese
  • 20 slices ham
  • 8 slices Texas toast

    Delicious! Did old school farmer style on the French Toast- no water, or pancake mix- just 1 egg and a bit of milk. That made it perfect for a smaller batch of 1-2 sandwiches. Also, dipped both sides of bread in egg mix before assembling the sandwich; worked great! Thank you for a favorite Disney Land Food!
