  • Red Pepper Flakes: If don’t like spice, you can leave out the crushed pepper flakes, but I highly recommend adding them.

    I have a question about storing it. You said it will last 6 mo. On the shelf. If stored in an airtight jar also, will it last longer in the freezer?

    • Yes it an air tight container on a shelf or cabinet it will last six months. Remember to check the dates on the ingredients that you are using to insure that they are still good. You can freeze if you are making a large batch.

    • Cindy it depends on the recipe that you are following to make your sauce. Replace this seasoning with the dry spices that they are calling for you your recipe.
