- Chocolate Chips: I used semi-sweet chocolate chips to make this fudge, you could also use milk chocolate chips or dark chocolate chips.
- Condensed Milk: It is important that you use sweetened condensed milk, not evaporated milk. You can also make your own sweetened condensed using this recipe from Add A Pinch.

STEP 1: PREP THE PAN
Start by lining an 8 x 8-inch square pan with parchment paper or tin foil, you will need 2 pieces. Overlap the pieces so that the sides drape over one another. Spray with a non stick cooking spray for easy removal.
STEP 2: MELT THE MIXTURE
In a microwave-safe bowl, add chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, make sure to stir every 30 seconds. If chocolate chips still not melted, continue to microwave and stir in 30 second intervals until completely smooth.
STEP 3: ALLOW TO SET
Pour chocolate fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and chill in the fridge for 2 hours. Once completely set, lift the overhanging parchment paper to remove the fudge from the pan and place on a cutting board.
STEP 4: CUT INTO SQUARES
Use a hot, sharp knife cut into 2×2 inch squares of fudge, you should get a total of 16 perfect slices.
