How to Make Air Fryer Vegetable Sticks

These are the basic steps for making Air Fryer Zucchini Fries made in the air fryer as a healthy side. Please refer to the recipe card below for the full recipe more detailed instructions, nutritional information and cook time.

STEP 1: CUT ZUCCHINI

Start by cutting of each end of the zucchini and slice zucchini into sticks that are even in size. Next, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and spices into a shallow bowl. Then in separate bowl, beat the egg.

STEP 2: COAT IS MIXTURE

First dip the zucchini in the egg and then dredge the zucchini in panko breading mix. Repeat the dip again for extra crispy results or just coat once.

STEP 3: AIR FRY

Spray air fryer basket with oil and place zucchini fries in the basket. Spray zucchini  and place the zucchini fries in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook on 370 for 11 minutes or until golden. You may need to spray the zucchini again. Make a batch at a time. Then enjoy by serving your zucchini fries side dish with your favorite dip.
