- 1 pound Short pasta, such as bow ties, rigatoni, or rotini
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Garlic salt
- 1 to 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, finely grated
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F.
- Cook the pasta in salted water according to package directions, stopping 1 to 2 minutes before it reaches al dente.
- Drain the pasta and spread it on a baking sheet or clean kitchen towel. Allow it to dry for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer the pasta to a large mixing bowl and drizzle with the olive oil. Toss until evenly coated.
- Sprinkle the garlic salt and Italian seasoning over the pasta and toss again to distribute the seasonings evenly.
- Add the Parmesan cheese and toss until the pasta is fully coated.
