  • 1 Onion, minced
  • 1 Jalapeno, minced and seeded (if desired)

  • 6 ounces Rotel , with diced chiles
  • 14 ounces Black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 2 cups Rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1 ½ teaspoons Cumin
