Ingredients
- 15 Oreo cookies
- 8 ounces Cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2 cups Cool Whip, thawed
Instructions
- Place the Oreo cookies in a large zipper bag. Use a rolling pin to crush the Oreos. You don’t want them too finely crushed.
- Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla to a large mixing bowl. Use a mixer to combine until smooth.
- Gently fold in the Cool Whip.
- Remove 1/8 cup of the crushed Oreos and set aside. Fold the remaining crushed Oreos into the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and sprinkle the reserved cookies on top. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Use strawberries, apple slices, vanilla wafers, graham crackers for dipping.
