When you were a little kid your mom probably gave you the leftover dough to play with and you could build your own special dessert, this is the same thing, however now everyone gets their own special crackers to eat.

  • Cut: Second, unroll the pie crust and use a cookie cutter to cut out the chips. Continue rolling out the dough and cutting out shapes until all the dough has been used.
  • Top: Then place the pie crust chips on a baking sheet and brush with melted butter and next the Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix and sugar and sprinkle over the top of the chips.
  • Bake: Finally, bake in the preheated oven for 8 to 10 minutes, until golden brown and crisp.Allow to cool completely before serving.

  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

Instructions
