My Easy Shrimp Alfredo is a lifesaver. I don’t always have the time or energy for a super involved recipe. I’ve made this for date nights, quick weeknight dinners, and even just for myself when I needed a little pick-me-up. And every single time, it’s a winner and made in less than 30 minutes.

My family loves shrimp in a creamy sauce. These are two more of our favorites: shrimp scampi with rice and my garlic shrimp pasta.

  3. Hello. At one place it states to cook the shrimp 2 – 3 minutes per side, at another place it states 3 – 4. Please confirm which one is correct; I don’t want to over/under cook the shrimp. It states to add the olive oil and butter to the pan but the recipe doesn’t say how much butter. Please confirm. Thanks!!

    • The Shrimp should take about three minutes per side. It depends upon the size of the shrimp that you are using. Once it is a pinkish color and no longer translucent it is done!
