Andy’s Pizza is iconic in the Mid Valley region of northeastern Pennsylvania.  Between the beer infused crust, the super gooey cheese and their perfect sauce, this pizza is magical.  This to-die for pizza dip tastes just like Andy’s Pizza in Peckville, PA.

Can I use other cheese in this pizza dip recipe?

Of course, you can use other cheese in this dip. It just has to be a good melting cheese for this Andy’s Pizza Dip.

According to BonAppetit, provolone, mozzarella, gruyere, and cheddar are just a few cheeses that are great melting cheeses and would be perfect in this pizza dip.

Would this Andy’s Pizza Dip work in a crockpot?

I love making dips in crockpots and serving them to my guests at parties. It is so convenient and also because it keeps the dip at the perfect temperature.

This cute small one is wonderful for party dips. Additionally, it doesn’t take up a lot of space.  It’s so easy to stash away when you’re not using it.
