  • ½ cup Butter, melted
  • 8 ounces Cream cheese, 1 block, softened
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 ½ teaspoons All Purpose Seasoning
  • 32 ounces Frozen corn
  • 5 strips Bacon, cooked and finely chopped
  • 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese, divided

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 375℉.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, cream cheese, milk and All Purpose Seasoning until well combined.
  • Add the corn, bacon, and one cup of shredded cheese. Stir to coat the corn with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9×13 baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Then, remove the casserole and top with remaining shredded cheese. Return to the oven and bake for 10 minutes, until cheese is melted.

    Made this for coworkers for a Christmas luncheon…. Omg they couldn’t get enough!!!! It’s very good. I would agree somewhat with one review that said too salty… i love salt so didn’t bother me, but maybe use a little less. I also used the pre-crumbled bacon (not bacon bits.. I can’t think of the name) but it saves time and I believe gave more flavor (that could’ve added to the saltiness too) and I also used half and half instead of milk, to make it creamier!
    Either way you make this, you won’t go wrong!!!!!
    Oh and it’s super easy too!!!!!

    This is so amazing! We love corn and so I tried making it and it turned out so good! My family can’t get enough of it. Would make this on repeat.

    • I am sorry that you did not enjoy it. Seasoning, especially salt is definitely subjective, the bacon you are using could have also been salt cured. However it is easy to adjust the salt to your personal tastes.
