- Mix: First, in a food processor at low speed, chop the cheese, butter and spices together.
- Dough: Second, add the flour and blend and next, add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms.
- Chill: Third, cut the dough into 3 dough balls on parchment paper and then cover in plastic wrap and place into fridge for 1-2 hours.
- Form: Next, flatten each dough ball on a floured surface. Cut to form 1-inch squares.

- Punch: Place in air fryer basket. Finally, using a skewer punch whole in center of cracker to avoid puffing up.
- Cook: Lastly, cook on 370 for 6 minutes, shaking basket for even cooking.

- 8 oz cheddar cheese, shredded
- 2 cups flour
- 5 tablespoons butter
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon house seasoning blend
- 2-3 tablespoons water

- In a food processor, chop the cheese, butter and spices together.
- add the flour and blend. Add water 1 tablespoon at a time until dough forms

- Remove and flatten each dough ball on a floured surface. Cut the edges to form a square and cut out 1/2 to 1” squares. Salt and place in air fryer basket. Using a toothpick, punch whole in center of cracker to avoid puffing up.
- Cook on 370 for 6 minutes. Remove and let cool and dry.
