- 1 teaspoon House Seasoning Blend: This is the perfect blend of salt, black pepper, garlic powder etc. all in the same bowl.
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil: Or other light vegetable oil.
- 10 Taco Shells: Flour tortillas or corn tortillas.
- 1 bunch Spinach: I like to use pre-washed baby spinach

Season cod fillets with House Seasoning Blend and then add olive oil to a large skillet and heat over medium high heat. Next, add filets to hot pan and cook on each side 3-4 minutes.
STEP 2: BUILD TACO
Next, take off heat and place fish on spare plate.Add spinach to taco shell.
STEP 3: FINISH TACO
Finally, add fist to taco shell and then top with all your favorite toppings or fish taco sauce.
