- ½ cup Ketchup
- ½ cup Reduced-sodium soy sauce
- ¼ cup Sherry or chicken broth
- 2 teaspoons Fresh ginger root, minced
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- 2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken thighs
