White Pizza Dip is ooey, gooey, cheesy, garliky perfection. It is easy to make, delicious to eat and is always a crowd pleaser!
The best part of a White Pizza is the cheese. So imagine being able to scoop up as much as you want on anything you like and enjoy!
Why this White Pizza Dip is a Winner
This white pizza dip was incredibly easy to make. It will take you longer to clean the baking dish than it will to throw this dip together. Plus, you could easily mix it up ahead of time and bake it off when you’re ready to eat it so it’s nice and hot. Or, you could make it in a mini slow cooker to keep it warm.
It reminds me of my favorite pizza place’s white pizza. Spicy and delicious but in the form of a dip.
How to Make White Pizza Dip – Step by Step
- Step One: First, preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step Two: Next, in a bowl combine provolone and mozzarella cheese; then reserve 1/4 cup and set aside.
- Step Three: Then, add ricotta cheese, sour cream, soup mix and garlic to the cheeses; next stir to combine.
- Step Four: Spread mixture into a small baking dish (8×8 square dish or pie plate).
- Step Five: Finally, spread reserved cheese on top. Then bake for 30 minutes.

However, if you don’t have it on hand or you don’t like the additives that they put in the prepackaged mixes, I created my own Savory Herb Mix.

Thanks a lot for this amazing recipe! So easy to make and tasted really delicious! Fam loves it, will have it again! Highly recommended!
I am so glad that you enjoyed it!
I liked how the garlic and herb brighten up this rich pizza. Very good.
Dip! My kids love the pizza flavors on everything! We serve ours with corn tortilla chips. Don’t judge. 🙂
This was so crazy easy and my entire family loved it! My kids, who would never eat a white pizza, asked me to make more next time because we ate it up so fast.
This savory white pizza dip was absolutely amazing! I’m just salivating thinking about how good it was. When I make it again on Super Bowl Sunday this special dip will be the star of the show!
Can you make this ahead (a few hours) and then reheat just before serving? Would it get watery or hard? Have no means of baking at the tennis club where I’d like to take it, but there is a microwave.
Absolutely!
This sounds great. I posted a Pizza Dip recipe this week but it has the traditional red sauce. I might give this one a try next time for something different. Thanks for sharing.
