How do I keep the biscuit dough from sticking in the air fryer?
There are several ways to keep these delicious donuts from sticking:
Oil the basket: Even with a nonstick coating, a light application of oil can work wonders. Use a high smoke point oil, like avocado or canola oil, and spray or brush it onto the basket before placing your dough.
Use parchment paper liners: Parchment paper liners designed specifically for air fryers are a great option. These liners have tiny holes that allow for air circulation while preventing sticking.
Don’t overcrowd the basket: Dough needs space to expand as it cooks. Overcrowding the basket can lead to sticking and uneven cooking.
