STEP 1: HOW TO MAKE BOOM BOOM SAUCE AND FRY THE SHRIMP
First, place all the sauce ingredients together in a small mixing bowl and whisk together for 2-3 minutes to combine. In the meantime, place the shrimp onto a baking sheet and prepare shrimp according to package directions.
STEP 2: PREPARE SLAW
Then in a large mixing bowl, combine coleslaw mix and Boom Boom sauce, mix until well coated. Lastly, warm taco shells in microwave by wrapping them in a damp paper towel and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
