  1. I make this dip all the time for game days or just for dinner.
My only changes is that I use pepper jack cheese, banana pepper rings, Greek herb seasoned black and green olives (Sam’s), a double hand full of spring mix, a double shot of Italian dressing and a drizzle of balsamic glaze. I chop it all together pretty small and we use ritz crackers or bread rounds with it. Sometimes those small Hawaiian rolls. Never any left no matter how much I make.
    Always rave reviews.

  2. Love this dip! Every time I bring it to a get together I’m asked for the recipe. I also make it a salad. I mix the lettuce, tomatoes, peppers, meat and cheese together, along with some chopped black olives and red onion, then I mix the dressing ingredients separately (mayo, oil, seasonings, a little pepper juice or red wine vinegar) and only add the dressing right before serving. So, so good!

It was ok but not very flavorful. I don’t think I’d take it to a party. Maybe I did something wrong but I can’t figure it out, I followed the recipe exactly. Bummed ☹️

Used about a half cup more of mayo and a tablespoon more of olive oil as the recipe as given made it a bit dry for our liking. Pepperonichini peppers instead of hot peppers and chopped black olives took this iver the top. Also used a bag of shredded lettuce.
